Annual Meeting - Held in the fall, the annual meeting is open to the public. At this meeting, new board members are approved, an annual budget is presented and approved, and each of the three music departments conducts break out sessions.

Monthly Meetings - The executive board and department directors meet on the second Monday of each month at 7pm.
